S E R V I C E P O L I C Y
These policies are intended to establish uniform standards and procedures for service and to protect the interests of all respective parties involved. Policies are expected to be complied with at all times, no exceptions. It is the responsibility of KAYSLAYS to provide the best service possible at all times, therefore all services provided shall follow the principles of dignity, professionalism, excellence, and impartiality.
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For bookings with shorter notices, contact us directly via email, phone, or social media. When adding booking info, please be as detailed as possible with any styling specifics/customization, as this will help us provide the best service possible. Some booking times will not available. Deposits are required for all booking appointments, regardless of style/service, and must be paid upon booking the appointment (at least 24 hours prior).
NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT. Please communicate any payment issues by contacting us directly via email, phone, or social media in a timely manner.
All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointments. Cancellations with shorter notices need to be communicated with KKay directly via email, phone, or social media immediately. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, therefore cancel at your own discretion. We expect the utmost respect for our time, as well as our other customers'.
APPOINTMENTS (THE SHOP)
All customers are required to show up on time to scheduled appointments. A grace period of 15 minutes will be given. After 15 minutes, $10 will be added to your total charge. After 30 minutes, appointment will cancelled and must be rescheduled via website. And please note, all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Styling times vary depending on many external factors, so please be considerate and patient. Out of respect for the other tenants in the building, kids under the age of 8 will not be allowed in the shop. Pictures/videos are subject to captured at any given time for media and branding purposes, so please communicate if you have any issues with your likeness being in any forms of media.
